At AlHadi Garments, we take pride in the quality of our clothing. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
- Returns: You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: Sale items or items purchased during a “Grand Sale” may not be eligible for returns unless they are defective.
- Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders).
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
